By the time Pathfinder Suspension arrived in 87, it was faced with a group of rival that included the Jeep Cherokee, Toyota 4Runner, Chevy S10 Blazer, and Ford Bronco II. Original Pathfinder Suspensions, available in base XE and up level SE trim levels, came with a 153-hp 3.0 liter V-6. A 5 speed manual gearbox was standard across the board, with a 4 speed automatic optional. Initially available in just a 2 door body style, a 4 door body was added for 90, with both 2-WD and part time 4-WD.
Pathfinder Suspension makes a huge difference on a cars performance. Do you want to drop your car? Or maybe you're interested in the performance aspect. The Pathfinder Suspension ins your vehicle can make a huge different on the ride and look. If its too spongy it will be hard to take fast corners. If its too high it will make big wheels look funny, kind of like a SUV. I'm sure you don't want to make your vehicle that you spent so much money yon looking funky? All it takes is the right shock/coilover and strut to make your car slammed. Its not always good to go too low as you can scratch your bumper or damage the bottom of your car on bumpers and pot holes.
