Sharing mechanical and interior design with Chryslers Concorde, the restyled Intrepid Suspension shared no body panels with its more costly cousin. Like the Concorde, Dodge's front drive full size model was dramatically redesigned for 98, with an especially striking front end and a substantially revised chassis. No counterpart appeared, because Chrysler discontinued that make after the 1998 model year. Base engine was a 2.7 V6, making 200 hp. A stronger and larger 3.2 liter V6, producing 225 horsepower, went into the sportier ES edition.
Intrepid Suspension makes a huge difference on a cars performance. Do you want to drop your car? Or maybe you're interested in the performance aspect. The Intrepid Suspension ins your vehicle can make a huge different on the ride and look. If its too spongy it will be hard to take fast corners. If its too high it will make big wheels look funny, kind of like a SUV. I'm sure you don't want to make your vehicle that you spent so much money yon looking funky? All it takes is the right shock/coilover and strut to make your car slammed. Its not always good to go too low as you can scratch your bumper or damage the bottom of your car on bumpers and pot holes.
