Cougar Suspension Buy Mercury Cougar Suspension

An all-new Cougar Suspension greeted car buyers in 1980 as the Cougar Suspension moved to the smaller 108 inch wheelbase Fox platform. The car was now even more similar to its Ford Thunderbird relative. The sedan and base Cougar Suspension were dropped this year. The XR-7 was once again the only Cougar Suspension model. Many Cougar Suspension fans refer to the 1980 to 1982 models as the "lost years," as sales declined substantially. Engines were reduced to just two and for the first time, a six-cylinder engine was available. The standard engine was now a 119 hp 255 in V8 and the 134 hp 302 V8 was optional. A new four-speed automatic overdrive transmission became standard to replace the old SelectShift three-speed automatic.

Cougar Suspension makes a huge difference on a cars performance. Do you want to drop your car? Or maybe you're interested in the performance aspect. The Cougar Suspension ins your vehicle can make a huge different on the ride and look. If its too spongy it will be hard to take fast corners. If its too high it will make big wheels look funny, kind of like a SUV. I'm sure you don't want to make your vehicle that you spent so much money yon looking funky? All it takes is the right shock/coilover and strut to make your car slammed. Its not always good to go too low as you can scratch your bumper or damage the bottom of your car on bumpers and pot holes.
